As a cover,(AND THAT'S WHAT IT IS, A COVER) It's not bad. And if it introduced people to Joy Division then it is a positive thing. I'm sure Ian Curtis would have welcomed that.

Half the people I know that rave about Joy Division hadn't couldnt have told you this was by them when this was released. Like a lot of eighties music its a little toppy, ( wonder why THAT was) but this is a great album
