Admiring the beauty and life while diving under dislodged kelp forests floating miles away from land.
These large clumps of floating kelp at sea are call kelp patties. This floating kelp patties are life magnets, attracting all kinds of fish, jellyfish, sharks and other sea life. Sorry no sharks in this vid.

That big weird looking fish is an ocean sunfish.

You would love it! We see them probably 75% of the time we are hunting under floating kelp patties. Other times we see them floating on the surface of the water like they're sun bathing.
