What you hear from all 4 channels of the Sgt. Pepper's master tapes (on 3+ songs). And there's still a surprise at the end of A Day In The Life!
Visually, the slideshow follow the Beatles' "ancient history" (nd then some), in keeping with the album's theme. Credits were credit due.
And just in time for my half-millionth video view (due on Tuesday)!
@saemikneu your miss informed a bit, Revox and Studer were separate, studer being professional and revox being semi pro. Quality is reduced during dubbing. The problem was the beatles could not get the 8 track and 16 track machines the US was using at the time, so they had to overdub.

After all, Sgt. Pepper was recorded on two four-track tape machines (by Studer brand, now Revox). And they need so much tracks,t hey copied tracks into each other to have more tracks (reducing the quality due to analog abrasion)- so great how did that!

Anyone who doesn't appreciate just how good and 'right' a drummer Ringo was just don't get it. I mention it here 'cause they really stand out and I can't imagine what other style/drummer would/could have done better,

If you read the Beatles recording sessions regarding this song, Paul and George shared leads on the guitar.

Interesting.

Listening to this made me realize how significant that final chord really is for this album. Without the 4 pianos hitting that final note, it feels like something is missing.

@PepperUTube
The piano and Evans' counting on the Anthology is even better.
