DNX9960 UPDATE: IPOD VR DEMO

Here I demo that you can in fact search by ARTIST name, ALBUM name, PLAYLIST name and GENRE on the 9960.

I'm thinking of getting this unit but I do not own nor do i plan to get an ipod. Would this voice search feature work if I have just a USB drive with all my music? And what would you say is the failure rate if I just search by title?

@thetruedarknight The DNX9980HD. Sadly I will not be demoing this unit now that I will be upgrading to an iPad install. I will be demoing that however when everything gets completed.

Is there a volume level for the voice prompt on the DNX 9960. As I watch your video it appears that the DNX 9960 talk back to you to some extent. I'm unable to hear any voice prompts but the voice guidance work just fine.

Hey V, when you asked it prompted with letter or line number @ 2:55. Maybe if you'd said "m" you could have then asked for "master of puppets" next. I'm surprised someone else didn't notice. Let me know how it goes, give it a try! I plan on picking this unit up by the end of the week : )

Hey V, the voice prompt asks for letter or line number........if you'd have gotten to "M" maybe you could have continued via voice..........give it a shot, I think I'm going to be getting this unit by the end of the week : )
