he never switched to republican. this was before the primaries. So his endorsement has nothing to do with obama. He was hoping with this endorsement will get a moderate in the republican ticket. He would have probably not endorsed anyone else in the republican ticket, if mccain didnt get the nomination.

Joe Lieberman lied when he was running for reelection in the Senate that he wanted a Democratic President. He says that political parties are less important then what is best for the country. Speaking of which. This is a guy who has even mentioned that he ran against George W. Bush twice. And now he's endorsing a clone of Bush? That's just messed up. Like Senator Joe Lieberman. I hope this is his final term in the senate. Then we can bring in another Democrat to his spot.
