Fallout 3: Starting a New game error fix (Progremme stopped responding FIX)

Hi bros....ive uploaded my first VDO ever on Youtube and ive chosen to start with this problematic game FALLOUT 3 ....which got many issues for PC like Crashes..Freezing etc...in this video ive described how to fix the problem which arrives to almost all of the games while Starting a new game....i

after i did this it says cannot run fallout no sound device detected...

I did what you did, I was prompted to restart my computer after disabling my drivers and when I launched F3 (from the application in its directory) it didn't even open, just a black screen instantly, so I cant even make it to the menu any more.
