whats the opening speed of the average solenoid valve is it something like 5 ms , like a qev (quick exhaust valve) which is around 5 ms

Open/close times vary with pressure. The "Pilot" type, using the media pressure to open, will usually take about 50ms but at the top of the pressure range, typically 10 Bar, it could be a quarter of that.
A "Direct Acting" valve, on the other hand, will tend to be about 50 or more ms regardless of pressure because the valve opens via a "Direct" piston rather than a diaphragm. (It is unlikely that you'd find a solenoid valve that would take as little as 5 ms, but the small valves are faster).

8:12 "The pressure going in here..." Is there a mistake? I though it should go in from the left side?

The pressure should enter in the direction of the arrow marked on the body. The Zero rated valve (the first one)arrow is in the top of the valve and in the "Differential Pressure" valve, the second one, the direction is towards the coil and operator over the EXIT port. I showed the second valve the "Other way round" to the first one which meant that the flow appeared to be in the opposite direction. My apologies if this was confusing. Always note the direction of the "Arrow".

good video
are those the same valves that are used on automatic faucets ?
we know them as "prefered closed valves"

@verdecapo Not sure what a Faucet is, if it's a lavatory then YES.
