Actually it does work in real life.. Celery takes more calories to eat than it actually consumes...

along with all of its fiber, celery is great for fat loss. it doesnt burn fat directly, but replacing other bad snack foods with celery is a simple way to shed many calories from your daily intake. celery is more energy consuming to chew and digest, so you actually dont gain any calories at all. Some peanut butter and celery is a great snack of protein and fiber as well as a good source of healthy fats.

if you wanna lose wieght even faster make sure you own some property so you have a steady income, then go to knott hole island and buy a house there. then go to the beauty parlor, talk to the beautician and scroll down to the potions and dyes and you will see she sells fat burning potions. buy them and go to your house and sleep for 7 days and go back to the beautician and buy more. rinse and repeat.
