This is the continuation from the Part 1 jam video.
In this video you get to see the completed product. For the follow ups, both of our moms loved the jams and the returned the empty jars real fast. And, they asked for more!
It is highly recommended to follow the entire canning procedure shown in this demonstration to ensure your product will stay fresh for a longer time.
NOTE: ****ONCE SEALED THE LIDS WILL BE VERY TIGHT WHEN YOU OPEN IT THE FIRST TIME. OPEN IT SLOWLY. DON'T BE CLUMSY LIKE ME AND RUSH AND SPILL HALF THE JAR OF JAM :)*****

How long will it last, whether you store it in the pantry or in the fridge? I would really like to try this in my bread machine and am hoping that it will keep for a long time.

@drumlady7 I usually store mine in the fridge. To be honest, none of my jam lasted more than 3 months cause its soooooo yummy!!! Maybe I would say without the fridge maybe 6 months???? That is because there is no preservatives like the jams you buy in the grocery store.
