Ripley's can be a lot of fun with some company, still it won't fill more than a couple of hours. Afterwards you can go to the 'Rainforest Cafe' (I think is the name) to check out some cool plush toys and, if you feel silly enough, maybe eat something at their themed restaurant inside the store, also you could go to Mc Donalds, or walk along Tottenham Court Road with its hundreds of Computing/Electronics stores.
Ripley's good but mix it up with some other activity if you wanna have a good Bday.
