I finally got the splits! yay! lol when you are at gymnastics three times a week u learn fast.

READ THIS! It will help you trust me! when doing the splits you need to stretch everyday! Even if you already have the splits you have to keep stretching or your hamstrings could tighten up again. Another way would be setting all your weight on one side of your body.

A way that really helped me was by sliding down into the splits as i did in the video. When you slide down into the splits you are puttting all ur body weight on ur muscles and since ur sliding you can't stop. So when you slide into ur splits you go as far as you can go, and sometimes that mean all the way!

  • To be honest in this video I was in a lot of pain because that was the day I got my splits. But now I can just slide into them and I don't feel a thing. If you keep doing your splits everyday it'll be like that for you too. :)
