The Rueca is a common tool used by Peruvians in the central andes. Although on average it is possible to spin only 300g of wool per day it´s portability means that it is possible to undertake other tasks while preparing the wool for spinning. This video was taken in the Ingaroca household in Hualhuas, Peru.
