Great advice, great video! I'm so glad that you mentioned the kelp!!! I have hypothyroidism that I have to medicine for and am WAY overweight because of it and mentioning the kelp that will help low thyroids made me really excited, I will try that along with my medication. :) Can the Omega 3 foods help with better memory and less brain fog? If so, how long does it take to start noticing the difference? Thanks for this video!! Very helpful!

You talk about variety, and yet none of foods you recommend for getting omega-3 are good sources of DHA or EPA, which are very essential for brain function. ALA converts very poorly to DHA.
