I bought it from Ebay 2 of the router are working good but the other router seem to have problem and it will not give me access to configure my lap

Hi there & Asalamu Alaikum
My name is Abdul, I'm currently working on my ccna. I bought 4 routers and 4 switches just to set up my lap in my home, unfortunately when I powered my router it showed me the "username" when I typed enter it gives error, would please advise me on what to do get the router open. I will appreciate your comment in this regards,
