The point of a cover isn't to make the song better, it's a tribute to the original band. A shitty cover is an insult, a good cover, such as this, pays the original band respect.

Not quite as good as the descendents, but they do the song justice! Great cover. I don't get what people expect. Very rarely will a cover be better then the actual song. The band is paying tribute to a band they love. I say it's fucking awesome!

Saw Face to Face at the Bottleneck in Lawrence, KS on the "Big Choice" tour in 1995; not only did they play this gem, but they also played an impromptu version of "Flight of Icarus" by Iron Maiden. Great stuff.

They are Face to Face! A punk rock band pro the beggining of the 90's, if you like descendents, you should check some songs by Face to Face, I'm sure you will like it :)
They broke up in 2005 If I remember right, and now they are doing some reunion shows!
