  • i know this because like a glass of lemonade during the summer ... when the ice is melting ... the sea water temperatures of the lemonade stays about the same ... that is why we are lucky to have ice in the glass and at the poles and in the alps and in glacier national park and in greenland .. because they keep the lemonade which covers 3/4 of the globe at a near constant temperature .. it is after the ice in the lemonade has melted is when temperature soars
