  • He does have a fairly wide stance even for sumo, I agree. It usually works very well for him that way, though.

  • Det smukt Mickel xD

  • Ja, det er en sej bror, du har! Nu ikke noget med at sladre til jeres mor. ;-)

  • really good for his age...i'm 18...and my max single rep is just 150kg

  • Yeah, he's a strong little guy.

  • thanks mum, thanks dad, thanks to you guys I'm going to remain 4 foot 2 for the rest of my life

  • Working out triggers and increase in growth hormones but working out with such crazy weight can damage the bone endings which would stunt your growth. Trust me I'm a pretend doctor

  • @Nicolax777 wrong you miserable idiot. of course it damages his bones. you wont grow anymore. its not about the cartilage but the bones themselves that dont grow because they are sensitive to pressure. btw Im a medic.

  • @YannickLB Oh and! being tall isn't good for a body either.. perfect bodyhight is around 172... not that I would be happy if i were that small, but it's better though..

  • @AdamVsAccount Yea and you learned that. But have you seen facts about this?

You ofcourse DO know jumping gets more weight on your bones than just a lift right?

So why is every kid playing soccer and are ppl hating on kids that train?

I know guys that started at age 13 and still got around 2 meter hight... explain te me why they got so huge.

  • a za 20 lat z kręgosłupa padaczka

  • FAKE AND GAY. Next.

  • @shivissar I'm 15 and I do 20 rep weighted crunches then normal crunches as many as I can then bicycle then 100 kg deadlift for 10 reps all without a break It's a great workout and get's your heart pumping.

  • I wonder what he can lift now! Strong boy for sure.

  • PERFECT FORM! Keep it up kid. Oh and to all morons out here : Lifting at his age WON'T STUNT his growth if he uses good form because the cartilage won't be affected by it. The human spine can support 1 FUCKING TONE OF KILOGRAMS so no, nothing will happen. Plus I'm sure that he worked his way up to 100kg so his muscles and joints are already use to it. Dad take good care of him :)

  • @ForceBehindTheThrone

lol u can start when ur 5, dosnt meen its not gona effect your growth

  • @aidzz69 you can start barbell lifting as early as 8 years old. jackass.
