Scotch Air Suite

I arranged three Scottish folk songs (Within a Mile of Edinborough, Loch Lomond, and Ye Banks and Braes) for the Henderson County High School Colonel's Own Brass Quintet. Sadly, less than half is shown here. We received distinguished ratings at Solo and Ensemble. Our personnel is, from left to right, Mikey Samples on trumpet, Mae Mosley on French Horn, Brandon Burke on Tuba, Miranda Basham on Trombone, and Taylor Payne, myself, on Trumpet. This video of the last band concert of 2008-2009 starts with Miranda finishing her trombone solo of the first verse of Loch Lomand, and Mikey taking over the theme. After a tutti finish, Ye Banks and Braes begins with my taking the solo and Mikey and Mae trading off lead duties for the remainder of the piece. Brandon is clearly heard on his BBb throughout.
