What a great IKEA!

Enjoy your stay in Japan. We look forward to more fantastic videos....if the mosquitos don't overpower you.

  • is that ikea in Japan?

  • Nope, this Ikea is Calgary, Canada. It has the Albertan (provincial) flag, Canadian flag, and Swedish flag waving in the breeze near the beginning of the video.

And we had to bring chopsticks from home....they don't have them in the food line here. :o)

Perhaps you could make Sims of the kids and I eating with chopsticks! Now that would make their day.

  • Hahahah =D The sweetest thing ever!!! You went through all of this trouble? =D haha See, i'm telling yall eating with chopsticks is ALOT more fun! Your kids even agree with me! Noodles for dinner for me, but i soooo bad want meatballs now! :P Damn you!!

  • We're glad you liked it. The kids figure noodles would be better though. :o)

  • neeeh its meatballs its okay.. its not a luxurious food but its okay when you are hungry..

  • Sorry, please diregard my above comment (should have been posted on Eemma's page....DOH!!) :)

  • Hi, I hope you enjoyed your time in Monzen Nakacho, I had one of the larger apartments (B101) a couple of years ago, I also had the "crickets" (to be honest I think they were roaches (>,<) as mine made no noise at all). I was in Tokyo again this year staying in Megome this time (south west Tokyo, again Sakura House), a much larger and nicer apartment but cost a lot more. I didn't get to see Ikea while there but it's an interesting concept on mixing Swedish and Japanese style :)

  • hehe :P
