This new tune was written after spending many an evening gazing at the moon in it's luminous splendor. A bit Metheny, a bit Gismonti, a bit Garrison. I hope you enjoy it.

  • Is this in standard tuning? I would really love to learn this by ear but I need the tuning :(

  • @AbaddonsAnimosity It is standard but the bass is a 5-string with a high C (C-G-D-A-E). I hope that helps. Hit me up if you have any other questions at all. Thank you.

  • I absolutely love this. Everything about it. Its perfect. If anything I just wish it was like 15 minutes longer lol. Absolutely stunning

  • haha! Thanks a lot brother.

  • Yeah man. Music. So many cats forget that it's about making MUSIC. Not just machine gunning notes out there as fast as possible. Great voicings!

    -Lucas Pickford

  • Thanks Lucas. I couldn't do that machine gun business if I tried.

  • Fine playing and tone and I like what's going on inside the music. Thanks for sharing this with us. I wish you much success with your music and in life.

  • Very good. 5*

Quite dissonant at times which really makes the piece. It's dark and mysterious feeling almost.

This definitely makes you think long and deep thoughts. Or it did for me anyway.
