I appreciate those that say the N900 is tablet not a phone, but they advertise 1000 hours of battery life, when you get less than 12 without using it as a tablet/computer. That is just an illegal misrepresentation by Nokia. If a computer company advertises their laptop will last ten hours (as ASUS does) and it only lasts 2 hours, I would sue them for misrepresentation as well.

@cdoebbler I use it. It's my mobile. Well, the thing is, the N900 is a mobile computer, like a tablet, not a phone. Laptops don't last a day, so you have to understand the limitations of the battery.
