Scientology raid MV CA 9/12/09

Raid was awesome!!! We were able to reach scientologists today. I tried to find common ground with them as much as possible. much doubt was cast and it was fun.

The event staff (volunteers) told us to go to the free speech zone. I laughed and asked her if she saw the irony in what she told me to do.we ignored the staff and were told by the police that we didnt have to go there if we didnt want to.

Okay.  What is a Free Speech Zone? An area of the grounds? Was that a fair going on or is it always like that?

I have no idea what a free speech zone is. I think its a fenced in area at the end of the street. I have no interest in a designated area for free speech. I think this is just a PC way of getting rid of those that distract from commerce.
