  • even though I know the body don't specifically burn in one area but a whole. I don't know why but its one of the most stubborn area to lose. I've been working out for over 3 years and I'm in a pretty good shape, but my chest somewhat lags on its thickness. That is my other question. I would like to hear your input in this. Thanks Thomas!   • @PhysiqueSteve 1) Check out my "creating the fastest metabolism possible" videos. You can search "metabolism" in my channel. 2) You're genetically predisposed to where and in what order the fat will come off of your body. Continue losing fat, and it must come off from even the stubborn areas.

  • I went vegan nearly 8 months ago - so I'm using a Pea Protein powder 1-3 times per day along with eating tons of seitan to get in my protein. When I did my first 28 day transformation, I did it without any protein supplements - it was with whole foods. The only supplements I used during that period was a multivitamin and fish oil from a bottle.
