what country could it be where almost everything is written in Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian? Uzbekistan? even if, I think, in Uzbekistan they mainly speak Russian and Turkish
Here in Russian it reads, ''Kuupatzya categorichesky Zapreschetzya'' or in short
''Kuupanie Zaprescheeno''', which means Swimming is prohibitted.
