This is the newly released and hard hitting film regarding Barack Obama's constitutional eligiblity to serve as U.S. president. The film was produced and released August 4th, 2009, by World Net Daily Films. WND editor Joseph Farah is the producer of the film.

"What we have produced here is a compelling and shocking documentary that will appeal both to those already steeped in the details of the eligibility story and those who need a video introduction to the major issues," said Farah.

@virtual and to get those records all you have to do is apply but it must be for a good reason because if not they are protected under privacy laws of that state and a good reason is not just beacuse hes the president or you are a concerned citizen that is not good enough example it would be like me trying to get your ss# which you wouldnt give out freely unless your dumb but beacuse it is private just like all those records above dont like it read a law book

all birthers r dumbasses you dont need both parents to be a citizen only one so long as you are born on ANY american soil. hes a citizen because hes momma was born here and hawaii came in 1959 so all records are sealed inculding his birth certificate because all records for the first 5 years of statehood are sealed he was born in 61 but since hawaii was a independent kingdom before it became a state all records are sealed for the first 5 years just in case hawaii voted not to join usa

Barak states his father was Kenyan, governed by British rule. Therefore, Barak's father WAS NOT a US citizen at the time of Barak's birth. To be President of USA you must be a Natural Born Citizen, which means that both of your parents are US Citizens at the time of your birth. That's it!

If Barak would've been born in the Oval Office, he still wouldn't be eligible for Presidency.

This is NOT HATE. This is a safeguard, so a shady foreigner doesn't hijack the seat of Presidency.

okay dumb ass the writers meant that they were exempt from this rule because they werent born in the united states of america they were there when it was created so they needed to write that they too were eligible or else there wouldnt have been a president in the U.S. for awhile. What are you in 5th grade? Its called using your brain buddy.
