An Earth Day Celebration: Pairing Local Beer and Cheese

The founders of DrinkCraftBeer.com are some of the most knowledgeable people we know...especially when it comes to beer! So we were quite interested when they decided to put together a pairing of beer and...cheese? Normally the domain of wine tasting and cocktail parties, right?

Nope! Jeff Wharton and Devon Regan teach us about how and why beer and cheese are a natural pairing and perhaps an even better one than wine and cheese. Not only that, but in honor of Earth Day, they chose beer and cheeses that were produced within 100 miles of the location of the shoot - The Wine Gallery in Brookline.
