Rio Del Mar Elementary School Rock Band

The Rio Del Mar Elementary School started a band called the Rio Rockers comprised of 2nd - 5th graders. This endeavor was led by Martin Sweet, a 5th grade teacher at the school who is in a band called the Wild Rovers. (http://www.myspace.com/wildrovers7), The Rio Rockers performed here for the first time at a school assembly and it was filmed by Doug Kyle's 6th grade students.
