Well I have so much bourbon in my house and sometimes you can't drink it all, so... well... let's EAT!

Honestly though this bottle of 8 yr Black has been around far too long and I need to kill it. Ironically... I still have some left after this.

Here is how you make a simple bourbon stew. NOTE: Do not try these things at home unless you know what you're doing. Sometimes hard, but lots of the liquid burns off sometimes (obviously). Gotta get that pan... jusssss... right..

Cheers!

  • I'm gonna try that. Great vid Man ! Keep em comin'

  • @teeltimes It's a lot of fun, a little tricky too since most of the liquid burns off (as you can see!) wine is a bit better. A real hot pan will make the liquid just evaporate so it's always hard to keep some while trying to burn off the alcohol. Tastes great though got to admit, everyone dug it, it was real good. Just be careful when trying it, and perhaps use a real low proof bourbon. mmm bourbon...
