Why all the ugly comments? I think she is a great singer and I love the music. And by the way, her cd's are NOT sold at the dollarama or whatever that is. I bought her cd at Barnes and Noble. I love every song on.

If Chantal Chamandy is an "Independent" artist on an "Independent" record label, how possibly can the artist/label pay for all the advertisement on TV and on public transit. I went to Ninemuse's website and Ms.Chamandy is the only artist...so it's not like it's being funded on the backs of fellow label mates success? And this Chantal Chamandy's Interview on youtube looks like a giant informercial and if not's, what is the channel doing the interview and who wrote the questions?

You originally said that SSw00's comments on Quebec were racist now you call them prejudice, I thank you for proving me correct. SSw00 did not make any racist comments, but rather generalities about Quebecers that may or may not be correct. His views were not a personal attack on the people of Quebec as you incorrectly assume. No one, or group of people has been marginalized in anyway as you so adamantly claim. The fact still remains, Chamandy has no talent.

convoluted view?? u dont make any sense..this comment should be adressed to u in fact,if you stopped using your jargon for a moment you'd make more sense.Indeed,let me remind you that Canada is a multi cultural country and saying that quebecers couldnt care less is a prejudice and it marginalizes the rest of the canadian people.That is racist!Anyhow... It is through your own convoluted view that you see signs of racism in ssw00's post, rather it is not racism nor is it prejudice. Racism is based on the ethnocentric belief's that one's race is better than that of another, there are no signs of that occurring anywhere. What you are seeing are someone's personal opinions about an artist that has not displayed any signs of greatness thus far.

If I said that some of the remarks which were made were racists.. it's true.. when sswOO made this comment"and especially the Quebecois, they couldn't care less!)" I blently see it racism and it further more indicated how close minded some people can when subjected to different music style..
