The domestic dog is often called "man's best friend." Well, it's no secret -- some of y'all's friends are super obnoxious. Just because you've known someone since college doesn't mean you have to let him drag you down for the rest of your life. Seriously, you can do better.

@londomogic People generally don't breed humans to accentuate birth defects.

Pugs and other breeds (ie. English Bulldogs, Boston Terriers, Cocker Spaniels) are bred by people to look a certain way, regardless of the inherent suffering they may endure.

I agree with the video's message- encouraging the breeding of these dogs borders on abuse.

while the names may be goofy, it seems that the "hybrids" are breeding out some of the problem characteristics.

nevertheless, animals should not be bred to match one's purse.

Lol I thought Woot was right on all counts, especially with the marley and me one, which I saw, and it was exactly what they said in this video. Marley and me was the biggest waste of time ever, and I love dogs. I guess you have to have a horribly misbehaving dog to be a dog person though. There were a lot of grown men crying in the theater I went to, too.
