You can believe me. I did every (6) solo character for Final Fantasy 1 (NES), and I really got more trouble with the Black Mage. You really must try it to feel how hard it can be. However, it is a very entertaining challenge! ;)

Yes, as passing the game with a Ninja is easier than just a thief. Passing the game with a single character is hard enough, but choosing the thief is harder than white mage.

But doing it with a Black Mage is Tougher than with a Thief. ;)

Huh maybe I thought the black mage was easier since it was more enjoyable torching enemies than just fighting constantly.
