@viciousclan Its all true. It's widely believed, and I think Olliver Stone may even have confirmed it, but Mr X's real name was Fletcher Prouty. Google him, its the real thing.

You know, with all the negative talk I heard about this movie being inaccurate and untrue at certain points. No one ever had anything to say about Donald Sutherland's Mr.X character. Is any or all the things he discussed true or false? If it is true, HOLY S#*@! That's something to think about.

Sutherland stole the the best scene in JFK. This is my favorite from the movie along with with John Williams wonderful soundtrack.
