@ImprovmanZero Oh, that's easy: Excel Saga is about a crazy girl, in a secret group, bent on taking over the world for her boss. Oh, and there's lots of death. Excel, the main character, even dies in the first episode. lol The whole thing is a comedy that makes fun of almost anything the creator could think of, including himself. After all, the guy with the brown afro is the creator's depiction of himself. XD A few spoilers there, but not much.

it's quite hard to find copys of Excel Saga without the subtitles, so i wouldn't begrudge him for it that much. it's still an excellant video, even with the subtitles

Unless you find sources with them, you can't remove hard imprinted subs. I know a bit about fansubbing and video editing.
