Push telephone calls to Sage CRM using AJAX

Here's a voice call screen popping Sage CRM. The toolbar at the bottom is just HTML and AJAX (no plugins). Easy to add in any applications.

The server that manages user interactions is licensed on a concurrent user basis which makes it great for hosting/enterprise; UK pricing starts from £59 per concurrent user (which works out to be about 10-15% of a typical Sage CRM license). We have different editions from pure events only to call control (softphone) with realtime user/agent analytics.

Sorry, didn't have a chance to do this. Basically it shows how you can take the out of the box web based Sage CRM and install our software that embeds a AJAX/JavaScript toolbar to push telephony events (no plugins required).

In the example we tell Sage CRM to go to a particular view when a phone call arrives to the user's. We can show the customer's details from either account number or the customer's number.
