Here is a workout for you to try to ensure you earn your christmas treats/cheats!
7 rounds for time of (video shows first 10mins of my 13.30mins workout)-
1 - 15ft rope climb (note - climbing a rope in lifting shoes is bloody hard!)
2 - 60kg/135lbs squat snatch (no OH squat and then ride it down!!)
3 - Muscle ups
4 - GHR wall balls
@lordi Spliced and eye but cant remember where we got them. Chain etc to hang

how did you guys hang the rope did yous put an eye splice into it?? also where di you get it?

@raidertwozero Cheers and yes they slipped lots. Wanted to try doing them in the shoes just to see. Wasnt too bad

excellent form on the rope climbs. Must have been a pain in those lifting shoes :)
