Yup and sanding off the rubbing parts isn't a solution because the wings wouldn't keep in position in robot mode. Maybe I'll remove the paint on the wing joints because it'll rub off anyway.

i was thinking about re doing this guy in a light blue.
with the wings joints it dose't matter how much sealer i put on it still rubs off its such a tight joint.

The color and shine on yours is really really good. It looks like a scaled model F-15. I have a simple light blue spray can but I haven't done Thundercracker yet. My Skywarp has the same issue as your Thundercracker: The wing joints press against the body, scraping off the paint. My Thundercracker will look very cartoonish light blue. I saw metallic blue spray paint on the shelves but I was worried the texture would become too exaggerated, so I chose ordinary light blue.

He looks fantastic. Great job there. Looking forward on the new TF movie and the G-I Joe and also looking forward on your next vid as well. Still having problems with mine unfortunately. But Hopefully in the future you will see some of mine. Just keep your fingers crossed hope to see them up.
