It is the song La Dolce Vita, only the title in Italian, but otherwise Finnish. It was the song of Finland at the Eurovision Songcontest 1989, sung by Anneli Saaristo.

This is great. The original is a finnish eurovison entry from the 80's performed by Anneli Saaristo. You can find it in Youtube.
