A simple method to get started with Blues solo improvisation. You should also look for part 1 of this "Ukulele Blues Workshop" and for the DVD "Learn to play Blues Ukulele" by Rigk Sauer ISBN 978-3-86611-359-6

  • does the dvd teach you more than 1 solo

  • @grahamfryo The DVD teaches an unlimited number of solos, because different improvisation scales are tought.

  • that was very cool, I want to play chords on something and then play it back like you did and pick to it. Can you share how you did it?? awesome thanks

  • I use a little multi-track recorder for this purpose called Boss Micro BR.

  • Another great vid !

Is your DVD available from any US distributors?

  • The DVD started to ship this week. I sent out demo DVDs to the dealers, but it might take 2-3 months before they have it available in their stores. You can also buy it in our online store. Shipping from Germany is not too high.

  • Hmm i play guitar so it was pretty easy for me to transfer patterns over to the uke but the concept of using one string is pretty cool.. people see you rippin riffs all over the neck and your just on one string, and G, C, E and A are all common keys..

  • Where can i get the DVD? i picked up a Ukulele a few months ago and fell in love with the instrument! So my love of blues has been seeping into my ukulele playing and i want to improve on it. is there anywhere i can get the DVD still? i know the video came out awhile ago but i would LOVE to get one!
