Basil can u help me with a training plan? I just dont know how to combine the muscle groups and set them on certain days. Btw ive been training every bodypart once a week and would love to do so in the future too. U`ll probably ask for my age which doesnt rly matter cuz ive been training just like an average adult.Appreciate it.

@remuscsu - I would love to help you with a plan. That fact that you have been training like an adult is not the problem. Your bone ends are soft when you are young and get harder the older you get. If you push heavier weights too soon you can cause yourself a lot of harm and I really do not want to be a part of that. I prefer to try and help people and not give information that will harm them and that is why I need your age. Baz

i remember when i tried this workout last couple months ago! it really works. its amazing. gave me a good pump and everything! and guess what, i was even sore the next day!!! wow! i cant even remember the last time before that when my biceps were sore! amazing workout
