Nokia's CEO Stephen Elop takes the stage at the AT&T Developer Summit 2012, held at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas. Stephen discusses Nokia's strategy, focusing on the ecosystem battle and the new Nokia Lumia family of phones. Re-entry to the US market is a key aspect of this strategy and Stephen explains how AT&T is playing a big role: Working with Nokia to deliver the first 4G LTE capable Windows Phone, the Nokia Lumia 900. Touching on the benefits for US developers, Stephen discusses the bigger picture: How Nokia offers any developer the ability to transcend local markets and go global, with support from a full toolkit — such as operator billing and in-app advertising — to monetize apps, worldwide.
Stephen Elop is a very good credible speaker.
He's like Steve Jobs; only he can make a good speech impromptu unlike the late Steve Jobs whom needs 90 hours rehearsals for 30 slides to give a speech upon his keynote.

@slotwek are you crazy, why would anyone want the crappy meego when you can have the best operating system around? Windows phone is the superior choice and if even Nokia knew that, so should you

People forget about Meego and the N9, seriously do you think that Nokia would have dished its own operating system if it didn´t know just how superious wp mango is? Come on now, WP is much better then meego just give it a try and you will see the best operating system currently in the market

@Jeahavee I don't think it can, no FM unfortunately...if it did, then it would've been in my shopping list. Now I'm looking up to the Lumia 900

Bring Nokia N9 to USA, UK and DE. Than you can forget about Windows Phone.
Nokia N9 will be my last Nokia phone. Loved this company for many years....

Can the 900 do FM Transmitter. I like the idea of going into any vehicle with an FM radio and listening to what I want.
