i have a 1993 tomos lx which has the a35 engine

what pipe is good for good hill climbing but still good top speed

or any other cheap or free upgrades

MF Cobra will give you a good top speed and great hill climbing power. You can also lower the engine head to get more power, open the air and put bigger main jet in to the carb...That should work!
