Great vid, Peekay. Had a visit from the QF63 yesterday morning - Wednesday 4 Jan. Must be one hell of a ride for the passengers given the way it elbows in over the suburbs, dumping a belly full along the way, before taking off at break-neck speed.

Great video PK. I would like to find out some maps/charts of the high level winds. Have a look for one. Becuase if u can show that the wind is not going e to w at the pole then you would prove what you are saying. You need to prove it is not to save fuel or make the trip quicker by using wind direction charts.

@EndTheResistance all good and well if the wind was blowing a hurricane from east to west , which it doesnt, but the fact is it ALWAYS pin points HOBART. Is that a coincidence or not? What is there at Hobart that it needs to fly over? a BEACON? YEAH RIGHT LOL. So it needs to fly to Hobart to see a beacon to get to Johannesburg? that's what trolls are telling me...it is so laughable it's pathetic. Is there a beacon at the South Pole as well? LOL

Boxing Day and the Yachts line up in the Sydney Harbour for the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race. But the winner of the race is already Qantas QF63 as it jumps the gun and creates a race record by arriving 32,000 feet over Hobart just before the starters gun goes off. A great effort from the multi-talented QF64 which normally goes over Melbourne on its Great Circle Line to Johannesburg but also does Tasmania's main cities, specifically Hobart, when need be.

Very calm day, after xmas day storms in Melbourne, made its cause so much easier but questions need to be asked..WHAT THE FRIGGIN' HELL IS IT DOING FLYING OVER HOBART??
There is no reason for QF63 to go anywhere near Hobart but for one reason and one reason only..SPRAY CHEMTRAILS!!!!!!!
Qantas QF63 and Air New Zealand ANZ175 are the 2 sprayers of Hobart because no over flight path goes anywhere near Hobart.
