Hey man, I'm currently attending the film program at NYU. It's an AMAZING program and I highly recommend it, but if stunt filmmaking and being an action director are your primary goals in cinema, it might not be the best path for you to follow. I'm personally having a BLAST with my film school experience, but my ultimate goal is to become a director within a very broad range of genres and mediums.
