this is based off a novel that. and this a drama, a dramatification of reality. politics play into every hospital, or entity actually. So, please don't just generalize that all Taiwainese or just jump to Asia as a whole, and grade their doctors or health professionals by a drama.

thank god i don't work as a nurse in Taiwan. I can't believe that the MD's play against each other and negalect the patients safety. This entire show reflects the Asian Nurse and the Asian Dr's are playing politics among each other and forget what they are as a health care profession?
