  • That's exactly d importance of the "UPA" - avoid d north-south by taking opponent's balance away.

    Anyways I was just showing an isolate technique and of course we'll often have counters for our attacks in BJJ.

    Try to think BJJ as a chess match - We make our move depending on opponents strategy. As our opponent changes strategy we need to change our move as well..

    That's why BJJ is unstoppable learning and always challenging.

  • it works but as soon as you go under the body the guy moves to north south and now you are really stuck
