  • Hi , i remembered eating that and favourite is the junmai.

    The jellies are not baked off , rather it was boiled off or cooked off 80 to 90 % of the way through before the addition of sugar and jelly powder. You can make your own. Basically its a sachet of konnyaku or jelly powder , a litre of water , sugar and sake or even whiskey. Add the litre of water with the alcohol , cook it for about 5 to 10 minutes , add the Sugar and Powder - pour into cups and chill. Its great for summer.
