Cheryl Ladd, Jacklyn Smith, Farrah Fawcett, Kate Jackson and Tonya Roberts were gorgeous, still are for their age. The young women stars since then don't compare.

I'm surprised they didn't talk about some of the actresses considered for the original and replacement roles i.e. Shari Belafonte, Michelle Pfeiffer and Kathie Lee all were considered for Tiffany Welles, with Belafonte nearly being cast in the part before Shelley Hack landed it. Interesting side note: if Aaron Spelling didn't feel bad for her being passed over, Shari wouldn't have been cast on Arthur Hailey's "Hotel."

Cheryl Ladd is so down to earth! She seems really nice and I'm glad her beauty and success didn't go to her head. In comparison, Jaclyn Smith seems arrogant when she speaks and certainly not as approachable as Cheryl. I'd like to meet Cheryl someday.

I think the text they wrote about Farrah was unfair. She just wanted to move on, and still remained great friends with Kate and Jaclyn. Also they acted as though she'd done virtually nothing else since Charlie's Angels - which isn't true. She was nominated for 4 emmy's, and 6 golden globes. No one can make light of that fact. She really was an incredible actress, and although I loved her on CA, and I loved the other girls, and the show generally, it wasn't till she left that we really saw that.

Greatbyedesign, Cheryl doesn't have to be a Farrah. Jaclyn is not a Farrah. Kate is not a Farrah. However, each Angel is great. They don't have to be Farrah to be great. In fact, Jaclyn Smith and Cheryl Ladd are my two favorite Angels.
