LakiBini is a play about a couple, a husband and his wife, or if you'd like, a wife and her husband, sitting around their living room, sipping coffee, watching television, engaging in banal conversations, and occupying themselves with all the activities that a married couple would do after retirement. Yes, it seems to be a horrible daily ordeal. And we're not just referring to the marriage part. Surely seniority couldn't be all that bad, could it?
