Just imagine being in the rain forest and all these sounds coming from animals like the distoroted piano that comes in at 0:46 is a chimp and the knocking sound is a bird calling

This song goes with when someone is fighting oro. They first see him and think he is creepy and disgusting. Later on in the fight they find out he is good, where the music starts getting normal. At the end the fighter starts going crazy (with the murmur part of the song) when he realizes he is losing to a disgusting old man with one arm.

@Bellamyfanboy A different version of it was in the game, it pretty much was an entirely different genre.
