My friend called several people and business in Hardin and they say when the guy first came in town he was pushy, but they are NOT under martial law
Just talked to a friend who thinks it's all way over blown. The guy has a rap sheet for scamming people and has several huge law suites pending.

The guy is trying to show off, so he swept in with the cars and a few police. Hardin is paying 300tho a year for the big horn county police to police the town and this guy said he would do it for 200tho.
and promised to pay 5 dollars a day for every prisoner and build a training facility. Hardin already proved they are idiots, they got scammed into building the prison with out a contract in the first place

The harkin town counsel built the "secret fema camp" to house US prisoners. It's a medium security prison and they built it for jobs. They were not able to get any contracts to fill it. What is Alex talking about that they town council does not know about this group? They came to town and offered to fill up the jail with contracts from other States and to find uses for it. Turns out the town council is stooopid as this company APF is a con group.
